I am getting married internationally, can you still press my bouquet?
Please check with your airline customs to verify if bringing the flowers into the country is allowed, prior to booking with us.
Keep in mind that we must receive your flowers within 5 days after the event.
If your flowers do not make it in time, we offer recreations.
Can I get both a pressed piece and a floral block?
Absolutely! You can upgrade the size of your order as long as you do so before we receive your flowers for preserving.
When ordering several pieces, we recommend sending extra flowers from your centerpieces or your bridesmaid's bouquet.
Can you work with artificial flowers?
Yes, we can! We can create both a pressed or resin floral block with pressed artificial flowers.
Keep in mind for a pressed piece we can include bulky plastic pieces such as plastic succulents.
I have air-dried flowers. Is there anything you can do with it?
Definitely! However, keep in mind that in addition to your own flowers, we would use professionally dried flowers to create a beautiful piece.
Anything we do not use from your dried bouquet will be sent back with your preserved piece.

We will recreate your bouquet using your air-dried bouquet and with additional flowers from our inventory.

We currently take online banking options in the form of Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
HOW WE SHIP OUT YOUR FINAL PIECES
After you book, we will send you shipping plus care instructions.
Out of state? Many of our bouquets come from outside of Malaysia.
If you are local to Kuala Lumpur area, we will schedule your drop-off.
Please keep your flowers in water following your event, until you ship/drop off your flowers.
OUR FLORAL BLOCKS
Our floral blocks are hand-crafted with preserved flowers and resin.
With this preservation method, your piece will have depth and look 3D.
Some flowers may be slightly colour enhanced.
Thickness varies from 1.5-3 inches thick, depending on the flowers.
Our casting resins have UV inhibitors in them that will delay the colour change. However, all epoxy will eventually amber to some degree.
We recommend not to display them in direct sunlight.
Do you sell gift cards?
Unfortunately, for the time being, our company has not introduced the concept of gift cards. However, watch out for its introduction in the coming time.
Is there a refund option?
Yes! We do have a refund option in case there has been damages or shortcomings in making your products before shipping it out to you. However, any damages after your items are shipped out, our company does not take responsibility for that as it is beyond our control.
